The mission of the Ventura Sports Baseball Academy is to provide young people with skills to guide them toward success not only on the playing field, but throughout the game of life. We teach baseball skills, but we also teach the importance of individual responsibility, teamwork, and a positive attitude.

Lead by former minor league player, Chris Carminucci our directors and staff have worked with young players of various skill levels from all over the country for more than ten years. As former professional baseball players, we are focused on progress and improvement. We offer unique and exciting instructional training programs that have been fine-tuned from working with thousands of players and student-athletes. We are a dedicated team of baseball professionals who have developed teaching techniques designed to improve athletic skills and performance.

Our goal is simple…to provide the best baseball technique instruction in the country while making it fun for the player. It is also our goal to maximize the player’s talent and to help the player achieve the goals set forth by the individual player.
